ATR- ASAHI can supply Non-Jacketed Nutsche Filters up to 100 Liters, meant for Solid/Liquid separation @ kilo and lab scale. The design pressure is ATM /full vacuum.
The two main parts of the Nutsche Filter system are:
- Bottom PTFE plate with filtrate chamber
- PTFE head / glass top cover with manual operating stirrer. Motorised stirrer possible on demand.
The system is mounted on wheels, so that it can be moved comfortably to different locations. The filtrate chamber can be easily detachable which enables quick product collection. The liquid phase will be sucked through the filter into a receiver by using vacuum during filtration. The filter cake can be closed by lowering flat blades.

- Filter : PEEK, PTFE,PP. Mesh Size: 1- 5,100µm.
- Stirring apparatus – Locking, multi-directional stirring device maintains a uniform cake (upto 150mm).
